1. Agreement Overview

By purchasing a course or service from Unit Circle Math  Tutoring LLC ("Company"), Customer agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer regarding all educational services offered.


2. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide the course(s) or tutoring services purchased, as described at the time of purchase, including:
• Course description, schedule, and duration.
• Access to course materials, if applicable.

The Company reserves the right to adjust course schedules or content to improve the quality of services.


3. Payment Terms

• All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., ZELLE, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Check.
• A receipt will be provided upon successful payment.


4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. If a one-on-one student is not satisfied with their assigned instructor, we encourage you to first communicate with our academic management team to request a teacher change. We will do our best to accommodate your child’s learning needs.

If you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund for unused lessons by submitting a request at least 3 days in advance. Any unused prepaid lessons will be fully refunded. However, fees for completed lessons are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Company:
• The Company reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Customers will receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company strives to provide high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. The Company is not liable for:
• Student performance on exams or assignments.
• The Company is not liable for losses caused by the student's local network connection issues or equipment failures. If a class cannot be completed due to technical interruptions or network issues on the instructor's side, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or provide other appropriate compensation. 


7. Privacy Policy

The Company respects the privacy of its Customers. Personal information collected during registration or course participation will only be used for providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.


8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be settled in the jurisdiction of Florida.


9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email.
